Concrete wine tanks, why ? Most of the world's best wines are aged in concrete biodynamic tanks. We want to bring the quality of hand-polished concrete to the winery. Concrete tanks will proudly bear the logo of the winemaker who owns them. Most importantly, however, is what will be hidden inside the tank, the unique technology of the concrete surface, monitoring the temperature with a sensor or heating and cooling the wine without the need for additional equipment.
