No more unnecessary joints. Thanks to a precise execution, our unique DecorLit mixture allows surfaces and sinks, draining boards, covings and grooves to all be connected in one shape of your kitchen unit. This solution is not only practical and functional, but also pleasing to the eye. We can place metal ledges made from stainless steel or brass into the cast grooves on demand. It is easy to keep the concrete draining board dry and thanks to a non-absorbent mixture, it dries quickly.
For each order, we first create a detailed technical documentation based on a precise survey of the kitchen space and your requirements. After we approve the design together, we prepare the mould for casting the concrete and a steel reinforcement, which is the base of the concrete kitchen countertop. We cast our special DecorLit mixture into a negative mould and after it stiffens, we take the mould away. We let the raw cast ripen for a month and stiffen. Then it is already time to impregnate the countertop and then further refine it according to your chosen surface treatment.
