OVERVIEW OF EXECUTION OF YOUR PROJECT
1. Preparation of order
Do you have any idea what could we make for you from concrete? Simply, drop us a message via our order form or write us an email. The more information you provide us (place of installation, dimensions of product), the more accurate the price offer is going to be. Thanks to partner architects and designer, we’re able to design you the even the entire kitchen.
2. Sending of price offer
When we receive your message, we’ll prepare a non-binding price offer. It contains the price of product, price of transportation and installation. If anything is missing in the offer, please, let us know and we will add the missing information.
3. Meeting
We’ll gladly meet you at the site or anywhere else. During the meeting, you’ll provide us the information about your project and ideas and we’ll familiarize you with our products and technologies. We’ll measure everything and take photos of it. We always bring samples of concrete with us to the meeting. Samples could be sent through shipping service anywhere in the Czech or Slovak Republic.
4. Signing the agreement
If you like it all, we can proceed further. Of course, it’s not possible to do anything without a written contract, confirmed by signature. It’s binding for both parties. You’ll get the contract to your email in advance and you’ll have enough time to study it.
5. Production
We’ll produce your concrete from approved drawings and measurements. Concrete needs to mature to become hard and resistant, so the project is prepared for installation only after 45-50 days.
6. Transportation and installation
Our concrete products are supplied, including transportation and installation. Naturally, it’s up to you if you want to use these services. If yes, we’ll install your product directly to the place where you want it.
7. Finished
That’s all. Now, simply enjoy the look on your premium product. In the user manual (you can find it on our website in the Contact section), you’ll find the way how to treat concrete.
8. Servicing
If the work surface is worn after couple of years, we’re able to perform revitalisation. We can finish and impregnate concrete surface even decades after installation. In this way, concrete is a fantastic material.
